Here’s how it works:
One of our inspectors will meet with you at the house you are thinking of buying and walk you through the house tour with you for an hour. One of our certified inspectors will evaluate the major components of the home (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, structure, thermal scan) or anything you want to prioritize in that one hour. After the one hour is over, our inspectors will create a report for you with what they have noticed while doing the Pre-Contract Evaluation.
